The shell of a former waterwork was transformed into 8 apartments by Quinn Estates.

Respecting the buildings industrial heritage, the exterior was restored whilst a contemporary staircase block was added alongside a penthouse with roof terrace looking over the verdant fields around the hugely desirable village of Charing.
