Bourne House

A 1970’s two storey property was demolished to create a bespoke Arts & Crafts inspired new home.

Through using locally sourced oak and bricks, the property was nominated for numerous awards as an example of a modern build using traditional methods and sustainable materials.

With a garage and annexe, Bourne House is a great example of how imaginative thinking in a self-build can create space for multi-generational families.
